# Robert Rasmussen

Robert Rasmussen is a writer, speaker, and leadership thinker based in the United States. He is the co-founder and Chairman of the Board of Agile Six (agile6.com), a civic tech company building modern digital services for U.S. government agencies including the Department of Veterans Affairs, CMS, and the CDC. He is working to transition Agile Six to 100% employee ownership through an ESOP by 2028.

Robert lived in Norway for ten years, an experience that profoundly shaped his views on leadership, authority, and human-centered organizations. He describes his current chapter as his "harvest season" — gathering what he's built and learned over a lifetime and offering it freely through books, writing, speaking, and community building.
